QUOTATION SUBMISSION
All respondents agree that by submitting a response to this RFQ, the decision of the New Bern Housing Authority on selection is final.
All responses should directly address the criterion under specific headings as per the form of Quotation. Responses must be received by the NBHA in a sealed envelope marked "Response to RFQ for Fee Accountant Services" no later than September 1, 2023, by 3:00 PM and shall be addressed as follows:

All questions or requests for information related to the RFQ must be directed to Reginal Barner, Interim Executive Director of the NBHA via email at rbarner@newbernha.org.
Proposals and material contained with the RFQ submittal shall become the property of the New Bern Housing Authority. Regardless of the outcome of selection, firms, and or individuals shall not hold the NBHA responsible for any expense, or cost, related to the preparation of the RFQ submittal, or in negotiating costs towards a contract.
The NBHA reserves the right to reject any bids.
