The New Bern Housing Authority has procured CVR Associates to assist us with updating the previous CNI Transformation plan and developing a Master Plan for redevelopment of the Trent Court site.  Our goal is to complete the plan within the next 9 months. We plan to host a meeting with selected senior leaders in the local community, who played a key role in initiating the original transformation plan to attend this meeting on Tuesday, September 10th, in the Chamber of Commerce meeting room from 3-4:00 pm. This meeting will kick off the new planning process. Additionally, our goal is to submit a CNI Implementation application in 2025 and the meeting discussion will aid in that effort.
