Help Shape the Future of Greater Five Points!

Exciting changes are coming to Trent Court and Greater Five Points!

The Housing Authority of the City of New Bern and the City of New Bern are updating the Greater Five Points Transformation Plan, and we need your input.

This plan will:

• Guide the rebuilding of Trent Court into high-quality, mixed-income housing
• Help Greater Five Points grow through new businesses, public spaces, and economic opportunities
• Support families with better access to jobs, education, healthcare, and safety

It will also serve as a master plan for FEMA recovery efforts and help us apply for HUD's Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant, bringing even more resources to the community.

Throughout this process, we'll be listening to residents, community leaders, and stakeholders to make sure the plan reflects your needs and vision. Working together, we'll develop an updated master plan by Summer 2025.
