INTRODUCTION: New Bern Housing Authority (Agency) is seeking bids from the public to purchase the detailed inventory listed below.

Anticipated Start Date:                 Highest bidder or by reasonable bid submitted.

SCOPE OF WORK (SOW)/TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: The purpose of this request for bids is to establish the highest price or best pricing for the disposition inventory organized into bid lots.  All items shall be sold as a bulk rate purchase by Lot #1, Lot #2 and Lot #3. 

All bids shall be submitted by e-mail to rbarner@newbernhousingauthority.org and shall identify the cost per lot as detailed in the following section. You may come and inspect lots prior to submitting bid at 1125 Walt Bellamy Dr (New Bern Towers) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-1pm.

METHOD OF AWARD:  The Agency intends to award the highest or most reasonable proposer per lot on a first come, first awarded service.  Payment shall be in accordance with a certified check or money order and shall be made out to New Bern Housing Authority, 1307 Tatum Drive, New Bern, NC 28563. No pickup of any lot shall be conducted until payment has been submitted.
