Public Housing Lease Revision, Utility Allowance Schedule and Maintenance Charges

The New Bern Housing Authority is in the process of revising its Dwelling Lease, Utility Allowance Schedule, and Maintenance Charges.  A copy of the proposed lease, utility allowance schedule, and maintenance charges are on file and available for review and comment at the Trent Court Administrative Office located at 1307 Tatum Drive, New Bern, North Carolina 28560. If you need assistance to view the documents, please contact the office at 225-633-0800. 

Persons or organizations desiring to make comments and/or suggestions must do so in writing no later than May 9, 2022 at 5:00pm. All written comments and/or suggestions must be addressed to:

or hand delivered to the Trent Court Administrative Office located at 1307 Tatum Drive, New Bern, North Carolina 28560.

A Public Hearing will be held on May 10, 2022 at 4:00pm at the Administrative Office.

These documents shall be presented to the Board of Commissioners on Monday, May 16, 2022 for consideration of all comments and adoption.
