Position: After Hours Maintenance Technician
Location: Trent Court and New Bern Towers
Hours: Weeknights (5:00 pm - 9:00 pm) and Weekends
Duties:
Complete after hour and weekend emergency calls from answering service to include the following:
- Inspect and repair plumbing systems, including leaks and drain lines.
- Check and maintain appliances.
- Test and repair light fixtures and electrical outlets.
- Perform carpentry duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in electrical and plumbing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently after regular business hours.
